A. Behind closed doors.
You often find crappy bosses in their offices with the doors closed. I have no use for the "open-door policy" that everyone says is so wonderful. I mean, the last thing I need is for a staff member to come in and ask me a question, share a concern or catch me sleeping off lunch.
